FAQ
A: We book up to one year in advance.
If you think you might like to have us perform at your event, please do not hesitate to contact us. While we do not book more than one year in advance, we do have a waiting list. The sooner you contact us, the sooner you can be put on the waiting list.
A: So far we have been extremely lucky in that we have never had a musician miss a performance. Should this situation arise, we do have many fine musicians that would be available to substitute. You can be certain that the level of music will still be excellent, but we feel that clients have a right to know if a substitute is to be used.
A: Yes, we are available for these services.
A: No, we only perform as a string quartet. In the past we would put together smaller ensembles, but after a while we realized that in order for us to perform our best, we prefer to have all members present.
A: We try to stay within 20 minutes drive of the Columbus metro area, but are willing to travel further if fees are paid for our travel time and expenses. If you have questions regarding our travel, please do not hesitate to contact us.
A: Yes, of course. If you enjoyed the experience and our performance, we welcome your generosity. :-)
A: Yes, we can usually accommodate most requests. Please note, however, that an additional fee will be assessed depending on the complexity of the piece and the amount of rehearsal the piece may require. Inquire with Charles about any special requests.
A: Our wedding ceremony package is $600 and includes:
* 20-30 minutes of prelude music as your guests arrive and are seated
* Music needed for the entire wedding ceremony (seating of mothers, processional of bridal party and bride, candle lighting ceremony, etc.)
* 10-15 minutes of postlude music as your guests leave
Notes:
* This fee includes ceremonies that last no more than 1 hour 15 minutes of total time (time may be less depending on length of ceremony).
* This fee does not include rehearsals for the ceremony, though rehearsals can be added.
